Professional sea kayak guides
We are seeking experienced professionals in sea kayak guiding (mandatory requirement), who are also fully capable of guiding hiking and e-bike tours a s part of a versatile multi-activity guide role.
As a senior guide, you will also have the chance to share your experience and actively contribute to the training and development of junior guides within the team.
You will be part of an experienced team that always goes the extra mile, using your skills and passion as a guide to create safe, unforgettable experiences for our guests in some of Norway’s most breathtaking landscapes.
Who we are looking for
- Senior sea kayak guides with solid professional experience (mandatory)
- Versatile guides able to also lead hiking and e-bike tours
- Strong focus on safety, leadership and guest experience
- Confident working in dynamic coastal and mountain environments
- Service-minded, responsible and team-oriented
- You are motivated to continue developing your expertise while sharing your experience and coaching less experienced guides
- EEA citizenship required
