Starting this season, Uteguiden will offer a range of Wilderness First Aid courses, designed for outdoor professionals, adventure guides, and anyone who spends time in remote environments.Our goal is to provide high-quality, hands-on training that prepares you to handle medical emergencies when help is far away. The courses are based on the latest international best practices and delivered by certified instructors with real-world experience in wilderness medicine and rescue operations.Course OptionsWe’ll be offering several course formats to fit your needs:
- 2-Day Basic Wilderness First Aid (WFA) – Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and guides who want a solid introduction to first aid in the field.
- 4-Day Advanced Wilderness First Aid (AWFA) – A deeper dive into patient assessment, evacuation planning, and managing complex injuries and illnesses in remote areas.
- 8-Day Wilderness First Responder (WFR) – The industry standard for outdoor leaders and expedition guides, combining theory and extensive practical training in realistic wilderness scenarios.
